The Winnebago Solis camper van is quickly becoming a favorite in the RVing community. If you are considering the Solis as your first or next RV, we’ve created this resource as a simple way to compare the options and help you make your decision.
Overview of the Winnebago Solis Models
As of fall 2022, there are currently four different Solis options available – including the Solis Pocket and the newly released Limited Edition Solis NPF model. The main difference between them is their exterior length, sleeping options, and features.
Each Solis is built on the same chassis: the Ram ProMaster® 280-hp with a 3.6L V6 gas engine, 9-speed automatic 62TE transmission, and 180-amp alternator.
The durable fiberglass, easy to use pop-top and FROLI® Sleep System (built to comfortably sleep two) is available in every model except for the Pocket. A wet bath with cassette toilet is also standard in the same three Solis models – 59P, 59PX, and NPF. (Learn more about cassette toilets here). In the Pocket, there is no wet bath and only a portable toilet.

Winnebago Solis 59PX
The big difference between the Solis 59PX and the 59P is the additional storage space at the back of the RV, which extends the length slightly as well (to 21"), plus a few additional features.
With the pop-top and Murphy+ bed, the Solis 59PX can also sleep four people. (Note you do have the option to remove the pop-top in the 59P and 59PX; however, the optional sofa bed with added belted seating is only available in the 59P.)
