MA: Quinebagos

Massachusetts: Quinebagos Local Chapter by Brian Martel

The November campout was held at Circle CG Farm Campground in Bellingham, MA with 7 coaches. It was a beautiful fall weekend. Normally we have a room available to use at this campground, but they have changed their office hours and weren’t able to make it available to us at the times we wanted. So, each evening we gathered inside the hosts motorhome for deserts and conversation (good thing we bought the rig with 3 slides). We were also gathered inside our motorhome each morning for breakfast waiting for the sun to raise the outside temperatures enough to comfortably move outside. Saturday afternoon we had a campfire while catching up with several members that came in to visit for a few hours (Pat & T, Sandy & Ed, and Sue & Speck).

Saturday night we went to Willow Brook restaurant for dinner. Sue & Speck came along and Trish & Mark met us there. Sunday morning after breakfast people started packing up to head out with just the Martel’s staying a little longer to winterize the rig. It is always a sad time when we put the rig away for the winter, but we have already started making plans for next season so we have something to look forward to.
