OH: Maumee Valley Winnies

Well here we are the end of January.  Where is the time going?  At least we do not have that much snow to shovel.  Maybe I should not say that to loud for the weather person may hear and dump the snow that weather the year of the Blizzard. Can you imagine that was 42 years ago?

We had 26 people for the December dinner.  It may have been damp and miserable outside, but inside it was cheery and warm.  It sure was good to see all the smiley faces and catch up with what everyone was up to.  We have few more members who will be heading south to warmer weather. We are wish them well and a safe trip.  We went to the Whitehouse Inn where it was warm and friendly. The food was good, at least mime was.  I didn’t hear any complaints.  It was decided to do it again in February

Here is the information on our MVW February Dinner Outing which will serve as the only notice of this event.

Dinner will be held at the JING CHAUN Restaurant, at 4424 Secor Road, Toledo, Ohio at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 23.

Jing Chaun is excellent for Chinese-food favorites, with an emphasis on Hunan, Sichuan and Mandarin fare.  Their full menu will be available for your selection.

Well another month is coming to a close so I only three more month before we can get the motorhome out of storage and in use this year.
