I want to tell you about the superb service I’ve enjoyed at LaMesa over the past five years, ever since we started coming to LaMesa. Eric the Lead Service Advisor and Carl, one of the techs, have consistently kept our 2016 Roadtrek CS Adventurous XL camper in great shape. The work has involved the AC, cabin heaters, holding tanks, and battery replacement, as well as routine checkups. Following a rebuild of the Aldi heating system and a complete house battery replacement, Carl took the time to carefully explain the operation of the new systems. Eric always gives us a reliable up-front estimate of parts and work, and is very helpful about scheduling repairs to accommodate our family's needs. My wife constantly reminds me how lucky we are to have a good Roadtrek facility nearby, and I agree with her! --Vic Delnore, Southwest Florida

Taking delivery of my 2022 Entegra Odyssey 26M at La Mesa RV was an all around fantastic experience for me. Christie Grahm and Gregg Grahm were completely non pressure sales people and made me want to do business with La Mesa. On the day of delivery my orienter, Lewis, was beyond patient and very knowledgeable about my RV. He spent nearly 4 hours with me and my girlfriend going over every inch of the coach and he made sure I understood how to operate everything. We even took videos of my orientation so I could reference back which turned out to be very useful. It has been just over a week since I picked up the coach and La Mesa has reached out to me via email and phone calls to ask how everything was going. This really surprised me. We are really upset with this place services. We bought an RV on November 2022. First trip, our air conditioner did not worked. We took the rv (brand new) back to la mesa and they supposedly repaired it. Second trip water came out from the shower, we took it to la mesa and they repaired the water leak and they changed the air conditioning thermostat that per they needs to be changed. We were charged $1500.00 because we were out o one year warranty. In top of that they break out air conditioner control panel and repaired with a piece of tape. We took the rv back and they said that piece is very fragile and should be ok with the tape. (Which it came off in 2 days). But in top of all of this we went south on a trip and the air conditioner did not work, showed. FC in the controller. Thanks god one of our relative checked the air vent and guess what, the thermostat was not attached correctly, instead of 4 screws needed only one was in place. Well I think I said enough!!! This people from la mesa RV are very far away from be professionals.
