I recently purchased a used pop up camper from RV Value Mart in Bath, PA. Chad C. was easy to deal with over the phone. He answered all of my questions and completed the paperwork in a timely manner. He promised me I would be pleased with the camper when I saw it in person, and he was right. This was very important, since I traveled from Florida to purchase it. I picked the unit up on one of his days off, and sales manager Rich handled things efficiently in his place. The staff in the service department was helpful, and allowed us to use tools to swap out the tires before our long drive home. Overall I am pleased with my experience with RV Value Mart, and would recommend them to others.

I had been looking for a new Toy Hauler with very specific dimensions and amenities for months. Went to numerous dealers and found all of them wanted me to “fit” into an RV that they had on their lot or was their preferred brand. I felt very unheard by every sales person UNTIL I had the pleasure of working with Ann at RV Value Mart. Ann listened, walked me through the process, had the perfect fit for us and has been wonderful throughout the entire process!!! I will be buying my next two RVs from Ann without a doubt! Thank you for such a great experience! ❤️ Elizabeth, Frank, Pippa 🐾 & Georgie 🐾

SAFETY CONCERNS !!! PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW!!! and others before you buy you’re Rv or travel trailer. Then make your decision if you want to buy from the Bath Pa. Location or any Rv value mart. First and foremost our sales guy Chad C was awesome start to finish on his end from selling us our 2019 travel trailer. Honest guy and very informative through out the sale process. Then we go to Allen the finance guy. Was very nice in the beginning of the process. When he tried selling us an extended warranty for the trailer it didn’t go so well from there. When he told me he was in the car business for over 30 years and knows his stuff and we should buy a warranty. I should have known from that remark. Wasn’t so kind after that. After my wife and I signed the paperwork he turned his back on us and told me to close the door behind us. Very rude !!!!! Then we go into the service department to do the final walk through to learn about the weight distribution hitch. The gentleman that installed the hitch was great, very knowledgeable and informative!! Took his time to explain to us in detail how it all work. When we got closed to where we were storing the trailer about a half hour from the store. The truck was getting pushed all over the road. VERY SCARY AND DANGEROUS SITUATION!!!!! Called to make an appointment for them to check it out all I got was the runaround about how busy they were and couldn’t accommodate my need to get in on a Saturday to make a half hour adjustment as per John the service manager. Still no call back weeks later!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They were happy to take our certified check and not so great after that!!!! People please do your research. Thought I did but should have read more reviews from this place. Will not go back there or recommend them to anyone !!!! Sorry Chad C Shame on you Rv value mart!!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I bought a new camper from them Cost me $81,000. The camper was delivered to me with more problems that you can only imagine. This RV Value mart had an RV show last year in Bartonsville..I picked out my camper. Granted they didn't have everything open Once received my camper I didn't use everything with it only being myself and hubby. 1st awning opening it was ripped. The door wasn't closing, had to slam, shield under camper that covers the whole bottom of the camper was falling off, bed in spare bedroom was not even connected, door was broken, master bedroom bed storage bar broken, shower floor had a Crack. I can go on and on. They gave me a problem to bring in and fix and had the nerve to say they had to see if it was covered under warranty. Like are you serious right now!!! I just bought this camper with multiple damages and they tell me that. I brought my camper to them in October of 2023. My hubby went to go look at it on Friday March 29th and the dealer. Still camper was not fixed and they made more damages to my camper. 2 dents on the side of camper and my back bumper was hit. The camper was filthy with mud in and out. The camper hold mold on it. My camper is still there since Oct 2023 and today is April 1st 2024. I am beyond disgusted and very very unhappy. Don't ever purchase a camper from them. Very dishonest company. I don't know how they are still in business. This will not be the end!!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Stay AWAY!! RV Value Mart is a joke of a company that has zero care for their customers. I dropped my camper off on 11/30/2024 and was told by operations manager, Bob Bodkin, that it would only be 2 weeks. It wasn’t until 1/16/2025 that they finally contacted me. From this conversation with Bob Engle, service advisor, I was told the issue with our black tank(missing a bracket from the manufacturer) would not be covered bc we traveled with liquid in our black tank and the piece of trim that was pulling apart was from water damage. When I explained to him that we don’t have any leaks inside the camper and we never travel with anything in the black tank. He disagreed with me and said that the tank was pretty much darn near full to the bottom of the toilet. I asked if they have pictures if this and he told me they don’t need pictures of such things. I the. Inquired if my extended warranty would cover and he said he doesn’t have time to go over that and he would email me. The only thing he offered to me was a deal tech test that would cost me $500 to check for leaks. I replied absolutely not. The following week, I still had not heard anything until Friday when Bob Bodkin, operations manager, called and offered a thermal camera testing for leaks to which I agreed. The following week I got a call on Friday 1/31/25 from Bob Bodkon that he wanted us to meet with a foreman to go over some options for the trim and I told him if it is t covered under my extended warranty I did not want to pay for it. FYI, by this time I still had not gotten anything with my extended warranty information despite me asking 4 separate times. Bob said he would call me early next week. I never heard from Bob Bodkin until 3/7/3025. And when I questioned why no one has contacted me for a month and half and he said that he was out of the office in February. I asked “the whole month” to which I was met with there was no need to be personal. And then he started going over the financials and the bill was $1300 and he said he was going to take care of the cost and I could pick my camper up. All might have been ok until I read over my warranty information and all the repairs were covered under my extended warranty. I also made sure to speak with the General Manager, Dave, when I picked up my camper to inform him of the atrocious service I had with his facility. All in all, they had my camper for 3.5 months and when I picked it up the tail light didn’t work so I had to leave it there again. At every turn, RV Value Mart dropped the ball and lacked any sort of communication and tried to pass it onto me as they were eating this huge cost when in reality it was my extended warranty that they tried to tell me that I cancelled, which was absolutely false. Do not go here if you have any expectations bc they are the bottom of the barrel. No wonder they are t part of the Better Business Bureau. Stay away!!!
