SERVICE NIGHTMARE COMMUNICATION EVEN WORSE If I could give this RV dealer a zero rating for service, I would! We purchased a brand new camper 23 months ago and it’s been in the shop over 10 of those months. Still, nothing has been fixed. We purchased a higher end camper the Grand Design Solitude. The Sales Department is the worst we have seen. We have a list of items they can’t seem to fix. For example, the slide comes out while we’re driving Which is terrifying. It’s been in the shop two different times and they’ve found nothing to do for it. We have extended warranties with them, but basically The warranties are useless because the sales team can sell, but the service department doesn’t know how to do anything. I know that sounds harsh, but it is true. We strongly regret buying anything from these people, and I would never encourage anyone to buy from them. Another problem that’s wrong is that the water will not run in the bathroom sink. We’ve had it two years with no water in the sink to brush your teeth with or wash your face with. Please run from this place. The Service Manager does nothing to help. We are at our wits end because we don’t even know who to talk At that company to get any answers. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

As first time camper-buyers, we had a wonderful no-pressure buying experience with Aline who listened to us when describing the features important to us. I recommend asking for her. Nathan handled all of the financing for us and he was affable and organized, making the paperwork as streamlined as possible. Derek was an amazing explainer of what we would need to understand to maximize our camping experience, providing numerous tips and answering the questions I had. From top to bottom, I cannot imagine a better experience as we are satisfied with the entirety of the experience. Now to hit a campground!

Went in there looking to upgrade or pop up to a travel trailer. Sat down with Big Al and we hammered out an amazing deal. This is the first time I've been to an RV dealership where I felt no pressure. Everybody from the service department all the way up to the finance department or super nice and helpful. If you're in the market for a good camper I highly recommend going here.

Bob and Brent did a great job with the demo of the fifth wheel and what we might need in the near future. My issue was that we were told the camper would be cleaned inside and it didn’t look as that had happened. Looking forward to getting out and making new memories. Thanks to Nancy, Aileen and Nathan for making us feel at home, comfortable and expert advise on our purchase.
