Picked up our new travel trailer after purchasing at the Hershey RV show. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. Pick-up day was far from organized due to lack of help but they did everything they could to make us happy with the sale. Even staying well past closing time to make sure our new camper was to our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

We were on the road today to head south and started having some issues with our trailer. I called and left a message, but didn't hear back right away so we just decided to stop in and see if we could get some help. The service guys came out and looked everything over, greased everything up, and gave us some tips and tricks to keep us from having the same issues. They took their time and made sure everything was on correctly so we could finish our trip safely. They did it with absolutely no cost to us. We are still on the road, but it made such a difference and we feel so much more comfortable hauling it. *We did not buy or camper from here, yet they were willing to help us get it set up correctly.* Thank you so much! Wonderful service guys and very knowledgeable on the weight distribution systems!

I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how they listened go our price range, needs and wants for our camper. No pressure or pushy sales people like some of the other dealerships we've been to. And to top it all off they had 2 adorable pups to greet us 😊 10/10 would recommend for anyone in the market for a camper!

A good friend bought a new bus from General RV at the Hershey show. I bought his trade through them. They sold me a warranty “that covers everything but the motor and transmission” As stated by the person doing my paperwork. I had a coolant line rupture to the Aquahot system. $1,400.00 later, I’m being told the warranty doesn’t cover that. Called General RV and was told “we just sell that, we don’t have anything to do with the warranty company”. The roadside assistance part of the coverage also tried to default on covering the tow. After several calls and it finally getting to a supervisor, the tow was covered once they listened to the recording of the call determining that the call taker was lying. The entire basement of my coach is saturated with antifreeze. Also, NOT COVERED! I wouldn’t recommend General RV to anyone for anything.

Absolutely horrible experience. The GM Michael Kavanaugh never returns emails, phone calls or texts. General RV management never responds either. General RV customer care could careless. No follow up at all. Seven months after buying still cannot get warranty items repaired. While they have the inventory, would never buy from again. Will pay more for a smaller RV dealer with better customer care.
