We purchased a new Brinkley Z3100 fifth wheel recreational vehicle about a year ago from RCD RV Supercenter, Delaware Ohio. This was our first RV purchase after renting many different classes and types. The sales side of RCD was excellent. Our sales person (Ben McClure) were very knowledgeable, honest and patient while providing us with information on this big decision. A year later, we feel their input really contributed to our satisfaction with this purchase. We waited to post our review because many people seem to have bad experiences with service/repairs after the sale. Like most RVs, we had a few adjustments and repairs after our first few outings. Throughout the first year, we used our Brinkley quite a bit and logged about 7,000 miles. The RV went back to RCD several times for minor repairs, upgrades and required service. Again RCD surpassed our expectations. The service was completed in a timely fashion and communications were always excellent. From our service coordinator (Kelly Chaffin and Josh Hinton) to the technicians who talked us though service and repairs, everyone was very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend RCD RV Delaware, Ohio to anyone who is looking to buy an RV vehicle or needs any type of service done on their RV. Thank You, Michael and Michelle

Jay, our salesman at RCD Delaware is Amazing! He is very knowledgeable about his RVs. He was very helpful In finding us the perfect RV for our needs. He really listened to us about what we were looking for. He never made us feel pressured to make a decision.Highly recommend Jay at RCD Delaware, Ohio

BEWARE! We went to a dealer to buy a used camper that didn't have problems. We'll, that is all we got were problems! We specifically asked questions about it checked it over. We asked does it have water damage? The sales mans response: No none! We got on the roof to check the seals for winter and there are patches on the roof and underneath the patch the roof is soft! The day we picked it up. When we did our final walk through of the camper. I asked if they ran water through the system. Response: yes everything's great! When we got the camper hooked up to the water and turned on. Water ran out the bottom and inside the camper. Found the hot water heater was cracked and the water pump didn't work. It's frustrating. The dealership lied. I had to raise hell to get them to even give us any compensation. The only thing they did was give us a gift card to help replace the water tank. When you pay $30,000 for a camper you expect it to function. Thankfully my husband was able to fix the issues.or we would have had to pay for that also.

We bought the Coachmen Galleria from RCD with Zach as our sales rep. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Zach. Andy and Brent do a terrific job on the walkthrough. Eric is an excellent finance manager and follows through on everything. We got additional tech help from Brian Marvin who is very knowledgeable. Joe and Sophie prepped our Galleria very well. Everyone we met at RCD is a pro and easy to work with. We highly recommend RCD and Coachmen.

I recommend calling ahead to this indoor RV showroom to see if they… have any RVs in the showroom? We went today and it was totally empty. We took the afternoon off work and drove 30 minutes to start our search. It truly would never occur to me to call ahead… in January in Ohio… since I have no idea why this building would exist, full of staff… with nothing to buy. Still just so confused and disappointed.
