We just brought home our Grand Design Reflection...love it !! Kevin Ketler was our salesman. We met him at the Cleveland RV show and knew we had to deal with him. He was very personable, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. He was great to work with once we came to the dealership and worked to get us the best possible deal . When we went to pick up our RV everyone there was so professional.Loved the VIP treatment. Kiddos to Hudson for a very thorough demo!! Again..a very knowledgeable and helpful person. We highly recommend General RV Thanks everyone...can't wait to get on the road

Would have gave zero stars if they would’ve allowed me the worst experience of my life would not even work a deal up on a camper until I gave him my credit card and photo ID first to hold onto went through a whole deal came to what I thought was A good deal in the process of signing the paperwork for the loan they threw in a $1787 fee for prepping. I told him I wasn’t paying it. They said OK there was nothing they could do. It was nice to get your heart set on something and then be told you I have to pay $1787 for prepping added onto your loan. I told them no thanks spoke to a corporate sales person in Virginia the following day his comment was if I get the fee waived, will you still buy the camper? I replied yes I will buy it tomorrow sign papers. If you get the fee waived, he said OK let me get your credit card before I try to get the offer approved. That’s the last I heard from him. I will not give my credit card to someone in advance of just an offer through the whole process. All I got was my credit ran which dropped my credit score. That’s all I got out of the whole deal.

Check your prospective new RV carefully for rust! I am reposting this because the original review is no longer visible for some reason. We bought a new Class-C motorhome from General RV in North Canton, Ohio in July. After taking it home, we discovered quite a bit of rust on the camper frame underneath the RV and on the auto body of the Sprinter Van cab (see pictures). General RV told us that the motorhome manufacturer, Forest River, is responsible, and Forest River told us that the car chassis manufacturer is responsible. We are now waiting on yet another appointment to see if anyone will take responsibility. We are of course kicking ourselves for not looking more closely at the RV before purchase, but we never would have expected that a new vehicle from any reputable dealership lot would be sold with significant rust. Buyer beware. Learn from our mistake and hire an independent inspector.

Been a horrible experience from the beginning. We drove 3 hours out when they told us it was ready to be picked up, upon arrival we are told the tank had a small leak but they would get it taken care of. We went through the whole motorhome and it still wasn't fixed but was promised it would be. We sign the papers, which was a mistake on our end, to be told that it wasn't able to be fixed that day and that they would have to order a new tank. Frustrated and eager to go camping we decided to take the rv home and the would come pick it up to be fixed. Unit was picked up, taken out there for a week to be told that the wrong tank was ordered so it was going to be a couple more weeks. We wanted to use it so they brought it back to us. November of 2024 the RV was picked up to have the tank replaced. Not knowing that it was going to sit out there all winter waiting for parts it was not winterized so I had to pay them $300 dollars for them to do it. November to the beginning of March and we are just getting the unit delivered. Glad we had a garage built to house it so it could sit in Ohio for 4 months through the winter. Unfortunately I would not recommend them. Best of luck.
