We recently purchased a used travel trailer (our first camper) and the entire staff at Beckley's was very professional, welcoming, and focused on our needs. They take you through the process at your speed with no pressure to make decisions. We were really happy with their attention to detail and overall knowledge about all things RV. We had a lot of uncertainty about wether our vehicle was right for towing and some special access considerations to discuss for our family members and they were fantastic and answered all our questions and concerns. Greg Habina was so easy to work with and was very patient with us as first-time buyers. He listened to all of our concerns and treated us like we were his only client. When you buy from them you really feel like you are part of the family; they are very responsive and happy to work with you on anything even after the sale. I highly recommend Beckley's!

My wife and I recently worked with Greg Habina to purchase our first RV. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest about the pros and cons of different models we reviewed. His strong listening skills allowed him to focus on the models that were best suited for us. During our pick-up, he and his team took their time to make sure we had a solid introduction to the RV, and Greg has been very responsive to any questions we've had since bringing it home. We'd encourage everyone to contact Greg if they are considering an RV purchase.

Myself and my wife just picked up our new to us Jayco travel trailer. I just wanted to take a moment to really thank Beckley's RV for their awesome customer service. I worked with Scott S to get a deal we were happy with and to walk out of their proud of our purchase. We just picked this up this morning and everything went smoothly. During my walkthrough and assessment of the trailer. I took my time, made a huge checklist and ensured things were correct with the electrical system, roof, seal etc. I am very happy with the PDI that Beckley's provided. It was safe to say the only issue I could come up with was a battery was reversed in the smoke detector. They did a fantastic job! We cannot wait to get our feet wet with this new Jayco. Thank you again for everything Beckley's RVs you guys rock!

We bought our Airstream from Beckley’s; made a 4 hour drive and picked it up yesterday. I would give them a ten star review if possible! Every single person that helped us was fantastic: sales, parts, service, business office. We worked with Alex for our purchase, and I can honestly say that he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Starting with the first question I asked over a month ago and continuing as he checked in late last night to make sure we arrived home all right, Alex could not have done a better job for us. I wish they had a location in Virginia!

The most absolute best experience I’ve ever had purchasing something. The employees at this establishment are the best of the best. It’s obvious they are trained very well and like their jobs. From the receptionist to the sales team, the sales managers, the parts department employees, and their manager all Top Notch people. I’ve never seen an entire organization go beyond anyone’s highest expectations in every step of the process.
