We purchased an Entegra Odyssey 30Z from General RV in Wixom. It was a very good experience. We received a fair market value trade in price for our trailer and a fair price for our motorhome. Bob B. our sale person was very knowledgable and did not pressure us. The finance dept, delivery staff and service department were great to work with. The motorhome we purchased was used and they did a full inspection and repaired every issue. Very happy with General RV in Wixom.

Considering purchasing a new RV??? In April 2024 we delivered our 7 month old Fleetwood Discovery LXE to General RV Tampa/Dover for standard warranty work. We were told that 3-4 weeks was needed to complete the work. At 9 months, it is still there incomplete. 29 items (mostly minor) and the most recent “Service File” 10 items are still “In Progress” We are retired and purchased the RV to see the country. Instead we are stuck and frustrated. I have contacted everyone possible from General RV home office, Fleetwood home office, BBB, General RV Operations Manager with no help, just empty promises. The RV is now 4 months out of warranty with no end in site! I need my RV completed and returned. IF YOU CAN’T SERVICE IT, DON’T SELL IT!

I wanted to send you a quick note to highlight the outstanding efforts by one of your employees, Mike Currie, Parts Hybrid Associate. My father, who is 86 years old, contacted Mike to order new furniture for his Fleetwood Motor Home. My father planned to install the new furniture himself and his biggest concern was to ensure the new furniture would fit. Mike spent a lot of time with my father explaining the process and answering the many questions we had. His efforts reassured my father that everything would work out fine. We picked up the new furniture last week and installed it over the weekend. Everything fit perfectly. Please pass on our appreciation to Mike. His outstanding efforts presented a very positive image of General RV.

The entire staff that was involved in the purchasing of my new RV was awesome to work with. Everyone was amazing and super patient, five stars to all involved. I don’t remember everyone’s name but they all deserve five stars. Special thanks to Katie, Lisa, Cody, Justin.
