We were in the market for an RV and settled on the Renegade brand, thanks to their wonderful craftsmanship and the Fretz RV team. At the Hershey RV show, Lou & Pete were informative of the brand, patient with our questions and made the whole model selection process fun! Through the construction process, Lou always kept us updated and made himself available to answer any questions. When we took delivery, Lou took his time to thoroughly explain how everything worked. Tony explained the paperwork clearly and made that process easy. We're glad to be a part of the Fretz RV family! As we learn the whole RV lifestyle, it's nice to have their support anytime it's needed.

I was very impressed with the service and every single person that I came in contact with at Fretz RV. Jamie and Carole in the customer service department were extremely pleasant and helpful. I bought my pinnacle privately and I was concerned whether or not I'd be treated fairly and honestly with a company that didn't sell me the particular unit. Well I'm here to say they treated me with the utmost respect and the quality of the service was impeccable! Thanks Fretz RV!

Wonderful experience for these 1st time campers! Fretz is a very friendly and fair RV dealership. We had finally decided on a Leisure Travel motorhome, and they are the closest dealers to us (2.5 hours away). Jerry walked us through all of the models, answering all of our 1000 questions with humor and patience. Delivery day he spent 3 hours with us going over the systems. The whole closing was a fun experience. Highly recommend Jerry Gonzalez and Fretz RV!

From deciding to embark on this cross country adventure to dropping off the keys, it was an easy, seamless operation! Lou Levine knows his stuff! He was ALWAYS available for a phone call to answer my questions. He never made me feel foolish if I needed clarification on something. The vehicle was clean and ran well with no problems. I highly recommend renting from Lou at Fretz…it just doesn’t get any easier!
