I recently had the pleasure of working with John Razai at Blue Compass Rv in Albany when I was inquiring about an RV I was interested in. From the start, the customer service was top-notch. I called in to get more details, and John was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions. I drove 4 hours to meet him in person, and he did not disappoint. John walked me through several RV options, explaining all the features and helping me understand each choice. His attention to detail and dedication to finding the perfect fit for me was evident. Thanks to John’s hard work and expertise, I was able to leave with my dream RV. The entire process was smooth, and I felt confident in my purchase. We'd like to share a huge and total WOW with the staff at Blue Compass of Albany NY. From the time we walked in the door until the time we picked up our travel trailer, everyone we worked with treated us with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. Jonathan, our salesperson, was amazing!!! On a cold winter day, he showed us a number of models that fit what we were we interested in. No sales pressure; Jonathan just went out of his way to show us all that fit our needs and budget. When we settled on a unit, he then worked with us thru the negotiation process. After the sale, he was ALWAYS responsive to the many followup questions we had prior to the final purchase. Jonathan was an absolute star!!! Mike, the finance guy, had everything in order. The purchase was simple. Not a single surprise. A true professional. Melissa, the Airstream rep for Blue Compass, worked quickly thru some additional components, including the proper stablizer and hitch we would need prior to hitting the road. At time of delivery, Jeff and Chip reviewed the unit's features. They did a complete and thorough walk thru with us. Their sense of humor made the entire process extremely enjoyable. Great customer service, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Dan was our initial contact and he was also helpful in finding what we needed and wanted. Then Austin Lewis was also very helpful and stay contacted to answer all of our questions. Noelle was very patient with all our questions about financing. Bruce did a good job with the inspection and was very thorough. Brian (mechanic) went out of his way to help us fix our receiver hitch so we could hook the camper. Left very happy with our camper and could not thank all of you enough!!

Great helpful sales staff was patient, friendly and found us the perfect slightly used RV for our family. The finance department worked hard to get us financed with a payment we were comfortable with. My only complaint is we bought an RV with a dual battery system and we were excited about this feature for extended dry camping. They prepped it with a brand new battery but only put in one and removed the connections for the second battery. On a purchase this large it would have been nice to have the full capacity we were expecting for dry camping. I was quoted $140 for a matching second battery. The wires to restore it to a dual system we can purchase at an auto parts store. Not a deal breaker by any means, but just a little frustrating. That's the only reason for a 4 star rating, otherwise it would be a full 5 star rating for sure! Update after using our RV. And down to one star. They sold us the premium package which included a protective coating and going over all seals to be sure everything was good to go. First time in the rain with the slide out the floor got wet. Immediately noticed a huge gap in the outside molding that didn't get sealed. I fixed it but not after the floor got wet and is now soft. I would love to walk around the camper after only a few months and have someone convince me they put any coating on the camper even though they charged us for it. Was also told the plumbing was tested. First time hooked up to city water the check valve failed and overfilled our holding tank which also got the bedroom floor wet and that is also soft now. Oven doesn't work. They simply didn't do anything that we paid extra for. That's fraud! Stay away!!!

I’m giving out a huge shout out to everyone at Blue Compass for making our purchase of our fifth wheel seamless. I saw our camper on FB Market Place. I called and asked Theo the salesman what was the lowest price before traveling two hours to go to look at the unit. He reduced the unit by 3000.00. I took the drive and the unit was everything he said it was plus. I put my down payment down on a Friday and was told I could come Tuesday to pick it up. They added toppers to the bump outs. We arrived Tuesday and was met by Jeff who did a thorough walk-through. He noticed a lightbulb out and cabinet latch loose. He had fixed it immediately. Tyler came, helped us hook up. We then walked inside to have an app downloaded to our phones and we’re given a few gifts from the store. Everyone was a pleasure to work with And did exactly what they said they would do. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend.
