Our first RV purchase and we are so lucky to have met Carlos at an RV show. Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable. Our experience at the dealership was the best. Professional and friendly people all around. We LOVE our new RV and look forward to working with Blue Compass (and Carlos) in the future. Thank you Carlos for the best experience we could have imagined.

We had an incredible experience purchasing our camper! Carlos and Maria - and Ryan - were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Dan's demo of our camper was awesome! Explained everything so that WE understood and answered all our questions..we had a few!

Update: I emailed the VP of customer service as indicated in other reviews and IMMEDIATELY had this refunded to me. It is really sad I had to take it to that level to get them to honor their own policy. Really unhappy with the service I received looking for RV's with this company. Initially, Thomas was very kind and helping us look for the RV based on our wants and needs (of course because there is a potential sale). Based on looking what was available in the lot, Thomas was able to find an RV in their Ohio location that was a perfect match for us. He noted the only issue was with the floor which they would fix for us when it arrived locally. I specifically even asked him if it had water damage or anything else wrong with it (being that it is coming so far and it was my #1 concern buying used), to which he replied "no" and stated the only thing he was not 100% certain on was the condition of the furniture because it was covered but was sure it was "mint". I put down what he stated was a refundable deposit of $1,000. I was unhappy with the financing offered to me, being told my payment would be between $275-299, and then later told it was $410. They got it down to $363, but I still wasn't thrilled of the enormous difference but agreed to move forward with the sale. Fast forward 6 days later and I get a call from him that the unit has water damage and he would not be bringing it up here in that condition. It was extremely fishy - how was this not discovered BEFORE you asked for a deposit? Why did it take so long? It doesn't add up. He showed me 2 other RVs I may be interested in which I declined both and never heard from him the next 2 days. My husband and I decided to go a different route with our plans, so I thought I would be courteous and let Thomas know of this and kindly ask for our refundable deposit. He stated Maria already did this on the day I declined the two Rvs he showed me because "he had nothing else"....which again was a red flag for me...so before I even decided to go elsewhere you already dropped me and had no courtesy of letting me know you were done looking or even the decency to tell me the deposit would be refunded? I asked him to double check with Maria on this because I had no refund. He said he would check with her and get back to me. I did not hear from him so I emailed Maria. I also did not hear back from here either. Not at all surprising at this point. I put a dispute in with my bank since decency and follow-up doesn't exist here. Lets just say I am thankful I recorded every interaction with their team members, as recommended by some fellow RV owners. Learn from me, don't put a deposit down here and don't trust what they say.

We bough two units from them. The first experience wasn't the greatest to be honest, and I have not left a review on that one, we ended up having a problem with it after 5 months of owning it. I got in contact with the general manager at this store. Long story shot she did a fantastic job taking care of us the best she could, and we ended up buying another preowned unit from them. I Addressed some concerns with the new one, and they took care of them no questions asked. The whole transaction was very smooth, everything was on time. My wife and I left there very happy this time, with the unit and the service. I work in the field service industry, it can be very tough and demanding. The Blue Compass team did a fantastic job!
