Great experience at this place! A big thank you to Troy, Aaron, and the many staff members that helped us through the process of purchasing our coach comfortably. I did have one surprise though, the walk through after we purchased. In my mind, I thought this was a courtesy to get you familiar with the coach. As I was signing the papers I saw a charge for $950. Come to find out, there was a charge for the "walk through". The walk through was thorough and we were pleased. Highly recommend this business

Campers’ Inn RV is set apart with their sales and service. Roger ran the extra mile to answer our questions and show us a variety of choices explaining the differences. He was knowledgeable on all of their brands and was not pushy. I highly recommend his expertise. His sales manager DJ was very professional and helpful. We had a great experience from the time we stepped onto this lot and will go back as a result. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently purchased a used 2022 Travato from Campers Inn in Mocksville, and our experience was fantastic! From start to finish, the sales staff, especially Brad, and the management team were amazing to work with. They honored their commitment to address a punch list of items before our purchase, and everything was completed as promised. On top of that, they spent nearly two hours walking us through every detail of the rig, ensuring we felt confident and informed before driving off with our “new to us” RV. It’s clear that their goal is to place you in the right RV, not just sell you one, which makes all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and would highly recommend the team at Campers Inn in Mocksville to anyone in the market for an RV.

**Update** I called back after posting this review and spoke to a different gentleman who knew nothing about this review but was more than eager to assist me. He even called me back within 10 mins with the answers I was seeking. He also followed up with an email about other RV's they have to offer. I wish I could remember that gentleman's name. I called 3 days ago and spoke with a salesman, I was inquiring about a class a they have on their lot. Im out of state so i requested more info on this rv before i drove up to look at it and possibly make a deal. He said give him a couple of hours and he would call back with the information i was asking for. my first thought was a couple of hours? i wanted to know the dates on the tires and if the sofa bed was a jackknife or a pull out bed. Day three, still no call. Ill take my money elsewhere.

We brought our Winnebago Fifth Wheel in for some technical issues we were having. Sabrina was our service adviser. She was good to keep us up to date on how things were progressing. Due to a back ordered part, they had it longer than we would have liked, but this was not on their end and was just a typical supply issue. Very happy with Service and the techs that did the work. We will continue to do Business here for a service needs.
