We have had bad experiences at other dealerships and tried Carefree RV. Would like to give a shout out to Graham for making this one of the best experiences possible. The personal attention and customer care was above top notch, the staff in the service bays were just as friendly. The team down at Carefree RV need to be recognized as from when my wife and I showed up to when we left the whole afternoon was a joy to be in company of such great professional people. Graham listened to us and what we were looking for and found us exactly what we wanted without compromise. The communication before, during and after that day was perfect and would highly recommend Carefree RV to anyone looking for a place where your not just a SALE. Once again thanks to the whole team.👍🏻👍🏻

I would leave a 0 star of it wouldn't let me. We Purchased a used camper trailer in early June of this year. And it seemed like as soon as they got my money they wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. Terrible customer service. I will just quickly mention that I was given the run around while waiting for parts that were ordered when I purchased the unit as part of the purchase agreement. The pickup date was moved because they did not have it ready in time. i was told everything was ordered the day we picked up the camper. I called days later told the same thing, then called periodically and was told we are still waiting. when I called almost 5 weeks later I was asked what size my windows were so they could order the screen and window covering (that were supposedly ordered the day I purchased the unit). I Did finally get everything 2 months and many, many phone calls later. At the time of purchase, I was talked into installing the mouse proof undercoating below the camper. I was told there was a 5 year guarantee and that any holes in and out of the camper would be filled with this foam repellant to keep the mice out. It's been 4 months and we officially have had to deal with mice in the camper. They appear to have chewed right through the foam that was sprayed, or crawled through the many holes that were missed. and after opening the under cabinet access panels I found that nothing was sprayed where the pipes come through the floors in the camper and there were several spots missed in the belly. I have had to fill all these holes and completely clean the camper, deal with the rodents. This stuff was quite expensive and either does not work or was improperly installed. And this issue has yet to be resolved. I called and left several voicemails and emails to hopefully come to some kind of agreement as I would like at least some of my money back. Absolutely no call backs, get passed around from person to person when the receptionists do answer. If you are looking for a camper dealer with great customer service who stand by their products and work, stay far away from Carefree RV

From the moment my Wife and I walked in the door we were met with kindness. We met a fantastic Salesman named Don Gray. He actually listened to what we said we were looking and showed us units that fit that description. We were not actually looking to buy. We were just looking to see what was out there for when the time came for us to buy. Then, Don showed us a unit we loved and it was a deal we could not refuse. So, we bought. Our situation is a little different than most. We have a bit of a delayed time frame for having our unit delivered to us. We found a few “factory defects” in the unit. Carefree is working with the manufacturer on fixing those issues. We could not be more pleased with the way things have been going so far. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend Carefree RV to anyone and everyone. Michael

Tania Mauro at Carefree RV in Edmonton was amazing. She worked hard to find rv choices for us and answered all of our questions. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for any kind of RV.

Walked in and was greeted right away by Don Gray. He not only sat with us and asked us what we wanted but spent a big part of his day making sure that we found a trailer that suited our family the best. We also got to work with Jay in financing and he was exceptional as well. Highly recommend Don and Jay to anyone that is looking to buy a trailer, can’t recommend them enough!!!
