Best prices I could find at the time of the trade 10/24/2024 all over the US. Transducers Airmar cost 7000$+. Excellent support, helped me find exactly what I needed, timely follow up on mails, I received instructions for all what I needed to do, polite people and excellent marketing crew Emily and Kathryn. No wonder why they are 20+ years in this business. Proven already who they are. I Definitely recommend them.

They provided excellent support, helped me find exactly what I needed, timely follow up on mails. They provided instructions for all what I needed to do, what is matching with what etc. Polite people and excellent marketing crew Emily + Kathryn. Jim is a really cool man. No wonder why they are 20+ years in this business. Proven already who they are. It's just that some businesses are built different. Overall I would say that they know the meaning of the word Gratitude and they are customer focused, not wallet focused. Definitely recommend them. No need to search further for a professional provider from now on. Keep up guys 💪

Installers are super nice and helpful, but management is horrific. My insurance company required ABYC technicians, was told by the office they were but they are NOT! I had an issue and tried to resolve with the owner Jim, who I was told would not receive a phone call or physically meet with me. Disappointing. Beware! DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS unless you have a simple job.

I live on the other side of the country and order all my marine electronics from BOE's website. My first order was in 2014, and I've been redoing another boat the last 6 months. Prices are competitive. No tax and free shipping. They're helpful when I have questions. Obviously, I'm a fan since I keep reordering. I started making a DIY dash redo video as of 2/24/24. It will probably take me another couple weeks to finish the video. Redoing your dash takes time but is not complicated. You Can Do It! Search @99BadDecisions on Youtube and SUBCRIBE so you don't miss the video. The channel name is Bad Decisions Make Good Stories. Order your parts from BOE and you can redo your dash! 4/3/24 Update: Every company looks good when a transaction goes well, but great companies shine when a transaction has an issue. I've placed 8-9 orders with BOE over the years. I live on the opposite coast, so I've never met them and I don't get any special discount/treatment (although I wish I did get a discount 😁). I had another purchased from BOE this week. It was a Victron 1000a BMS. I opened the box, and the BMS was a hot mess of missing parts and not assembled correctly. I sent pictures and a request to get the part replaced ASAP because the boat is out of commission until I get a replacement. BOE immediately said we are sorry and another is on the way. BOE is awesome!
