The whole process was easy and smooth. Everyone we dealt with was first class. Sunae in sales, Jason in finance, and Pat and Darnell in delivery took very good care of us. Highly recommend,!

We had a good experience with the purchase of a new travel trailer, very easy process throughout. The dealership is very large and has plenty of options to pick from. Our salesman, Tyler Pruitt was awesome, a no pressure type of guy. He answered all my questions and if he didn't have a answer, he would find someone that did really quick. So if you need a salesman, he's your man! Delivery day was pretty straightforward with Michelle, easy process and fun to work with.

Make sure you see Dewey Houston he goes above and beyond his job..he will respond to you even after the sale and try to help you. I can't say that about the financial people however..my recommendation is get your own financing. I bought my camper December 20. Today is January 28th and still no account number to make a payment on Feb 3rd. I have had 2 other campers and have never had this problem. I do not recommend financing through Lazydays of Tampa!!!

I called Lazy Days RV Tampa Bay this morning at 8:30 AM to check on my RV’s service status and was told to come in at 12 noon for pickup. As always, I allowed for a 30-minute buffer to be on the safe side. I also scheduled a cleaning, as the RV was set to be rented at 1:30 PM. It is now 1:24 PM, and I am still waiting. This delay has left me scrambling to clean the RV myself at the last minute with limited supplies. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced delays and empty apologies from the service department. Given the repeated issues, I will continue leaving reviews each time I visit until the service improves. 3/5 stars because it’s more of an SOP issue and not the workers who are there. After further review, it seems that the only problem that needed to be fixed in a timely manner, was NOT fixed. What a shame, this place used to be so good.

Worst experience of my life probably my own fault because I trusted a salesman and a finance guy. Every word out of their mouth was a lie. Lazy Days no longer comes out and has technicians to do the work they promised, and they would not let me pick up my camper until I signed a paper saying the tires were recalled. They couldn't find a reason & I was pretty much told sign the paper or they won't release the RV. It's been nothing but problems since I've got it back in June. It's been leaking constantly from the roof. They've sent over four people out to fix it. Nothing has been done. No one will answer my calls or emails anymore. The parts department guy acts like it's a new part. I order every time I see him nothing can get done. I've turned them into the better Business bureau twice. Please do not do business with these people. All they do is take your money and then you're on your own. They also lied about everything that's on my warranty is not covered. Only thing covered is mechanical when the two guys are on the roof trying to find the leak. It ended up being four holes in the roof from where a satellite dish or something was posted before they lied to me about everything. When I was going to pick it up it was supposed to be ready. It was 8 hours later they said they cleaned and detailed it. It was filthy inside and out. If they had actually gotten on the roof and cleaned it like they were supposed to they would have found the leak. I now have black mold growing in the windows window sills blinds and I still have no answers. The window they're supposed to replace before the hurricane back in October. It is now the middle of November. Still no one will answer my calls or emails. Don't know what else to do. Also The guy who came to drop it off wouldn't even get out of the truck until I called lazy days and asked for another driver ... The salesman Phil told me. Oh don't worry about it. You can just tip them. They'll pull your old one out and put the new one in for you. No problem at all. Guy shows up. He says we don't do that and would not get out of the truck. To top it all off I had just had a hysterectomy and I had to crawl under myself and put blocks and set it up. That's how sorry this company is.
