Tremendous first experience with Oliver's Service Department yesterday! Jason, Josh and the rest of the team were all very friendly, communicative, professional and exhibit deep wisdom and knowledge across any RV subject that you want to discuss. You can tell that everyone has a passion for doing the highest quality work when servicing our RV's. On top of all this, pricing is fair and work was complete right on time. I am looking forward to a long partnership with Oliver's moving forward relative to my travel trailer needs!

2nd time doing business with Oliver’s. 1st time as an out of State customer. Yes, I came back to NY to purchase a travel trailer from Oliver’s specifically. I trust their expertise and experience to know what will work for me and my truck. I trust them to only carry quality units on their lot. I trust them to handle any upgrades I want to add. I trust them to give me good price. They are also genuinely nice to deal with. In the past I was able to call them with questions on my unit and get the information I needed. I was able to call and get parts shipped to me in a timely manner. Just a great company and great people. If you are in the market for a travel trailer or 5th wheel, Oliver’s is a good place to get what you want.

We had a great experience purchasing our camper from the friendly folks at Oliver’s. We were initially contacted by the Norwich location after requesting a quote from the manufacturer, and Mike referred us to the Lafayette location because it is closer to where we live. We found everyone very helpful in answering questions, especially Skip, and they gave us plenty of time to peruse the camper on our own, both before we purchased and afterwards when our unit arrived. We are looking forward to having them continue their top notch service should we ever need repairs.

We had a great experience at Oliver’s Campers. Zack and his team at were wonderful, they went out of their way to make our camper purchase a special day for us. We got a great camper at a great price (I did my homework). This was our first full sized camper purchase, so Art took us through everything with the camper, answering all of our questions, and making sure that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Oliver’s Campers! -The Cumberlands

We had an outstanding experience while purchasing our first camper from Oliver's Campers. Our initial contact was over the phone with Skip, who was informative, patient, and willing to spend lots of time "teaching" us about the essential characteristics of a good camping vehicle. We then drove to the Lafayette, NY location to view our "candidate" in person. Skip gave us a great tour and overview of the vehicle, and in the few cases where he was not able to answer our questions, he referred us to Jordan, (one of?) the owners, who was extremely knowledgeable, while also displaying the patience and courtesy we had already experienced with Skip. Without feeling any pressure, we decided there on the spot to purchase our Travel Rove Lite camper (for what we thought was a very reasonable price), but did not bring it home (5-hr drive) that day. Ultimately, we returned about 3 weeks later to pick up our new RV, and on that occasion, Jordan gave us an extremely thorough walk-through and series of demonstrations of all of the important features of the vehicle. We drove off the lot with our camper having a warm feeling, and continue to feel grateful for the excellent interactions we had with Skip and Jordan, and the business manager, Cory. We feel confident that if we ever decide to upgrade or make any significant future purchases, we would go straight back to these folks to do more business with them.
