The customer service goes out in the window once you purchase the RV. They'll upsell you on various warranties but nothing's covered apparently once the RV is in your possession. Please heed the warnings of the many other 1 star reviews and purchase at your own risk. Do your own due diligence before purchasing from this vendor and if it seems too good to be true, it most likely is.

Fantastic experience. They have any and all of my future business. They are great to work with, very friendly people and they fixed my travel trailers problem effortlessly even though I thought it would be a much more complicated and expensive experience. I was very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend Chesaco RV in Gambrills for any RV owner.

Great experience! Rick was amazing and helped us get a deal on the camper we wanted and that we could afford! We were pleased with the thorough walkthrough, and Dina went through everything with our warranty & financing information. We look forward to fun times in our camper!

Everything at the rv show was great.Everything they tell you at the rv show does not get honored at the dealership long story short I was not suppose to get the floor model I did,communication sucks after the show. Dina is not a people person shes all about her self even the lady that sits at the door answering phones got up and was yelling at me. Appsolutly rediculous stay away from the gambrills store.Even the yard guy said he stays away from up front because Dina is a -------------. Apsolutly terrible experiance. Also as I forgot to mention Dina called me a liar when my sales person from the rv Show was on the phone backing my story .She has no right talking to customers this way.

Erica and Dina did a great job with helping me find my camper and making the process very easy and low pressure. They have a great selection of inventory!
