What a great experience all throughout the purchase and pick of of our 2025 EKKO. Ist class all the way. Gave us an over 2 hour orientation of our rig and they did not rush us at all with the first time RV buyer questions. Highly recommended!!! Thanks Kristen, JD, Kyle and all those who assisted us along the way. We'll be back!!!

Kudos to Colonial RV! My husband and I went to Colonial several times over the years before we finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase a Winnebago Travato 59K. It was never an issue of whether we “wanted” an RV, just which one was ideal for us. With help from our sales rep Kristen we fell in love with the 59K! It’s a beautiful set up, has the conveniences we need and is easily stored or driven as a daily vehicle. Robert in finance was endlessly patient, Kevin did a tremendous job during our the walk-through training and honesty every staff member we spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable. Post delivery, I called/emailed Kristen multiple times with random questions and she is super responsive! We’ve been to other RV dealerships over the years and Colonial’s concern with our needs stood out. We felt as if they were more concerned with our happiness than pushing a sale. If you’re even considering buying an RV, check out Colonial RV in Millstone Twp. NJ.

My husband and I purchased our new Ekko at Colonial and also traded in our older RV. From service to upper management we received the best service. Everyone went above and beyond to make our dream come true! We cannot say enough about everything and everyone at Colonial. They made us feel like family! We highly recommend Colonial for all of your outdoor journeys!! Denise and Vin.

I posted the below review in frustration. Seems I was just working with the wrong person. Ray, at Colonial got back to me quickly and scheduled us in a very timely fashion. RAY, thanks much for your help. Colonial as a delightful place to buy a Winnebago but the service is wanting. Typical wait time is 3-4 months. And currently they simply don’t return our calls

They have a great showroom and they deliver an enjoyable shopping and buying experience. I know I got the best price too. I will have to report back in a year on their after sale service. Edit 1: Had a small problem come up with the heating system (after 600 hrs of use). I called the Winnebago coach-net 24/7 support number and we had it fixed over the phone in about 20 minutes. A++
