Wanted to like them so bad.. bought my car after a devastating accident. The first issue I had my car had to be brought back 3 separate times in 2 weeks for the same problem. This week I’m going through the same thing. Only this time I have a strong feeling the mechanics in the service department aren’t doing their jobs like they should. I didn’t even make it 5 minutes down the road before I had to turn around and come back. The fear of not being taken seriously as a woman when it comes to cars is real and needs to stop. Ps: I HAVE TO TAKE IT IN AGAIN!!!! 3 times THIS WEEK!!! Can’t tell me it’s because I bought a used car, yall definitely doin some sketchy stuff here

I dealt with Mike in service regarding oil leaks. When I mentioned I purchased the extended warranty - he made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about and was very condescending. I explained his salesman told me the warranty covers everything oil touches under the hood. He just said “yeah, no” After I declined services he cut me off while I was still speaking telling me “k. We will put it back together and you can come get it after lunch” that was at 10:30am. I had to call them around 2 asking if my car was ready yet. He said “yep he just pulled it in.” How convenient I called RIGHT as they were pulling it in, right? So I get there, pay the diagnostic fee. All I get is a receipt. Not a breakdown of costs. No copy of the 50 multi point inspection. Nothing. Which he said the inspection was fine when I know it’s not because A. You just told me I have 4 oil leaks and B. I have a tire sensor that is out. He said “when you’re ready to get it fixed give us a call” absolutely not. I will be taking my car to a different dealership to be fixed. Not only did sales lie about the warranty. The service was terrible in service, as well.

We just purchased our 6th vehicle from Ben Davis and they never disappoint. We had the pleasure to work with Matt Hein this time and he was outstanding. He didn’t pressure us into purchasing something we didn’t want and he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He took his time to listen and he made sure the vehicle we purchased had every bell and whistle. We will continue to always do business with Ben Davis!!

Don't buy their warranties! Bc when the warranty company just disappears they will tell you multiple time they can't help you and hang up on you. Had to go through a mediator to get them to even try and make it right and they lied in that too, but I did get some of my money back after all that nonsense.
