I would give them 10 stars if I could. As a woman, shopping for cars or campers, I always feel pressured. When I knew I wanted to buy a travel trailer, I visited Braun’s and a few other places in Indy. The difference was ASTONISHING. Instead of pushing me to buy, every single person at Braun’s took the time to get to know me, walk me through possible trailer options, answer all my questions, and let me walk the grounds to take a look at campers with no pressure. I’m so happy with my purchase from Braun’s (a Winnebago Micro Minnie) and even more impressed with their care and commitment to education and treating customers well. Austin, Matt, and Jim were amazing in the buying process and Mike walked me through every nook and cranny of my camper so I felt comfortable as it’s my first camper of my own. If you’re looking for a camper, this is the place to go!

I don't write a lot a reviews because it's rare that I see a retailer act with integrity CONSISTENTLY even AFTER the sale is done. And I don't just mean a week later, but YEARS later when there's literally no reason to anymore other than genuine, authentically good character. That's exactly why I'm writing this one now. Austin Braun is the most straight shooting, laid back, yet goes above and beyond business owner you'll ever meet. Thanks to you and your team/family for demonstrating how to run a business.

I have just purchased my second camper from Braun’s in 4 years and I cannot say enough good things about this family owned business. They say when you purchase a camper you purchase the dealership as well and these guys stand behind the brands they sell. From the owner to the maintenance manager they are a class act. I can call and talk with either of them and know I am in good hands with any issues. Honestly, they treat you like family here!! With so many horror stories these days in the industry, they will set you at ease with your purchase. Happy camping!!
