Can't express how pleasant our experience was purchasing from Broadmoor! Chris in sales was 10/10! He was professional, informative, and prompt when it came to communication. We live about 4.5 hours away in Idaho so all the communication was over phone calls and texts and even so, he made the transaction so seamless. Cam provided the walkthrough and was thorough in explaining how everything worked and was able to answer all my questions! John, made the financing process fun, quick and easy which is such a relief when it comes to things like this! We are so happy we decided to deviate from our local, pushy dealer and become part of the Broadmoor RV family!

Broadmoor offered a great deal on my Northwood Nash 18fm. I purchased this online so I had tons of questions Jason in sales was wonderful. He answered everything and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I really got good information and everything went smoothly. Morgan in finance was very professional and I had no problems getting everything taken care of. Miguel went over all details of RV on pick up date and made it a smooth departure for me to get on the road. I highly recommend Broadmoor you won’t be disappointed.

This is the second rv we have purchased from Broadmoor RV. We had a very good experience both times. Jason was awesome to deal with. We didn’t feel pressured and he responded quickly when we texted him with questions after we looked at the trailer the first time. My wife and I went to another dealership to look at a different trailer before we decided, and were treated far differently than at Broadmoor. Everyone at Broadmoor treated us like they valued us as a customer. The next time we upgrade again, our first stop will be Broadmoor RV.

This is our 5th trailer purchase two of which we purchased from Broadmoor RV. The determining factor in our dealer selection besides specific trailer is the dealer experience. This always starts with the salesperson and their product knowledge, understanding our requirements and follow up. Our salesperson Luis Quintana exceeded these expectations, especially given the uniqueness of our situation. Finance was equally superb. Every level of interaction with Broadmoor personnel was knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our travel trailer to a 5th wheel and decided to visit Broadmoor RV because we heard they had great service and solid reputation. When we got there, we had the pleasure of meeting Victoria. She looked up the models we were interested in seeing and took us to check them out. Broadmoor had a great selection to choose from, and as it turned out, we purchased one that wasn't originally on our radar but turned out to be a better option for us. Victoria was wonderful to work with! She put absolutely NO pressure on us to buy, or rush us through looking, and we had a great time! From there, the purchase, trade in, and paperwork was a smooth process. Victoria and the Broadmoor team were excellent and professional to work with. We highly recommend them! Thank you Victoria for a great experience and some fun laughs!
