Thanks to Kary Vinyard in Sales for finding us our dream camper! We had quite a specific list of "wants" and let her know which brands & models we were interested in seeing, but none were in stock. She knew what we wanted though and as soon as an Alliance Avenue 32RLS rolled in she called us. It was perfect! Every step of the process at General RV has been great. We can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Kary! It's rare these days to have a salesperson that cares enough to pay attention to their customers, especially on such an important purchase! Heather and Kyle made us feel like true VIPs on our walk through day, the service dept is knowledgeable and helpful, and the receptionists will greet you with smiles. We can't wait to pick up our Avenue in April and hit the road!

I could not be any happier with my experience with Gen RV. Everybody that I had contact with was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Where can you find that in this day and age?! It was encouraging to deal with a company that cares and knows what they’re doing. I went to two other dealerships before visiting Gen RV, I would have had buyers remorse to the highest level. Everybody at RV made this experience as easy as possible. I will return if I ever upgrade or needed anything for my RV.

Ben Sexton goes above and beyond. He treats you like you’re his personal family member. Wonderful experience with him each and every time. Very trust worthy. I highly recommend Ben and General RV. From sales to service, and everything in between they’ve got you covered. I wouldn't trust anyone else or any other RV retailer. Way to go Ben and General RV, you’ve got a customer for life!! Our salesman, Sam Majszak, was so friendly and knowledgeable, best we've ever had. He was able to answer any question we came up with and did his best to find the best unit that checked all our boxes. A pleasure to work with.

We went there to have a replacement step installed. The work is performed fine (I want to give due credit to the technician who did the work). However, we end up paying additional $269 for have the RV (25 feet long) washed. Long story short, the way the service rep., whose name is Matt, gave me the quote lead me thinking $269 is the quote for the step installation and RV wash together. So, I agreed. Legally speaking they did not lie. But I feel Matt should have said a little more to stress the situation, such as "the total today would be ..." So, be careful, ask questions and clearly understand all the details when you deal with him.
