We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie at La Mesa RV and she was fantastic! She answered all our questions, was very patient and kind. We felt zero pressure from her and she allowed us the time to make the decision and that’s ultimately why we went with her and La Mesa RV. From start to finish this was a great experience and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for an RV.

La Masa RV was AWESOME. Steve are salesman was fantastic, Rob the manger was awesome, Ryan in finance was Great, but then orientation it was James words can't describe his knowledge and patience he has he doesn't rush you and answers all your questions. We got home and called, James called us right back and walked us through are questions. La Mesa went above and beyond for us. Thank you to everyone their. Excellent they are

We just bought our van and we love it. Stephanie was our salesperson. She was wonderful. Greeted us with a big smile. She showed us around to all the different RVs. La Mesa Rec/Van had a huge selection and she showed us all the different floor plans and took all the time we needed to make our decision, never any pressure. And so happy to do it. I purchased an Ekko at the La Mesa RV Expo in Del Mar. Stephanie and Kassandra were super helpful and very knowledgeable. They showed me numerous models and helped me select the right one for my needs. The entire staff was great and provided financing, as well. A great experience!

I cannot express the disappointment we have had with servicing our van. We were sold into an extended warranty because he sold it as it covers everything so we can be worry free. We have had our Winnebago Solis for 3 1/2 years and it’s been in for service many times. They haven’t covered a single item on our van including an air vent that has been leaking. They also lied and told us when we bought it that we could have an awning installed which turned out to be false. They said at the service department that if we installed one that it would void our warranty. The extended warranty was thousands and thousands of dollars and they have yet to cover anything that actually breaks on a van that is only a few years old. Buying a van from La Mesa RV was the biggest mistake we have ever made. Looking into this issue it’s clear I’m not the only one. BBB show how many people have been scammed as well from this company.
