I recently purchased an RV from Lazydays RV and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Frank and Gary, my sales representatives, were incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through the selection process with ease. Stephen in finance, along with Lee, worked diligently to secure a deal that fit my needs—without their expertise, it wouldn’t have been possible. However, the true standout is Mikey, the service manager. His unwavering dedication to addressing any issues that arose, coupled with his commitment to customer satisfaction, truly sets him apart. Even if you’re not in the market for a new RV, I highly recommend bringing your current one in for service; Mikey’s extensive industry knowledge ensures that any repairs are done right the first time. Mikey’s above-and-beyond attitude makes him the star of the company. I highly recommend Lazydays RV for anyone in the market for an RV or in need of top-notch service.

What a great experience. The team here were wonderful. They took to time to develop the understanding of my RV issue and said they would do their best. Well Jack's best was better than two other companies that I had paid to try and fix the problem. I really expected them to not be able to fix my starter issue but they nailed it first time out. Jenn R. Was great as well. Explained the whole process, made sure I connected with the tech before he started working, and the close out was seamless. They're a pretty funny bunch as well, making the customers feel at ease. Oh and the parts counter had parts that I had been looking for. And let's not forget.. pricing was super reasonable. I was charged less for the repair than another company had charged to look at it and tell me they couldn't fix it. The next time I'm in Vegas I will be working with this team to fix a few other, less urgent issues. Highly recommend you visit Jenn, Jack, and the rest of the team at @LazyDays RV for any repairs you may need.

**Updated review as of 6/3: Ruben was quick to have Ben the service manager call me back and went over the main problem of water leak situation. Ben also explained that all manufacturers ship out the new campers with exposed wires right around a water pump so it’s not something they inspect for. In the end Ben was reasonable to resolve the leak and understanding as a professional. Also did not charge us for the $650 hitch. I HIGHLY suggest getting everything in writing that is agreed upon between you and your sales person before you pick up your camper and request a copy of the inspection to cover your self and be sure to double check everything before leaving. Hope my honest review helps others avoid the inconvenience and stress that we had and glad that the service department reached back. Thank you. 6/1 review: I was warned by others to not shop here but I still took my chances. I’ve owned my 2020 keystone trailer for about 3 weeks now. I had to wait 2 days for this supposed thorough inspection that is done “2 times to ensure everything is 100% before you leave the lot” Do you get to see the inspection or a copy ? No. Many things that were agreed to be done were not even done when we came to pick up. After asking again some of the agreements were met but if you didn’t check then it wasn’t done. They almost had us leave with a dead battery to the new camper? But be cautious if you don’t check they most likely didn’t do it. Remember “as is”is a big thing with them and apparently it’s not a big deal to have good referrals or repeat customers. They were supposed to fill the propane and that was not done. The awning we did not get to see out until the day we picked up, has permanent damage and no money was offered off for this depreciation. The outside of the trailer had wax baked into the paint that they agreed to clean off and it was not. Took it home and put our own efforts into cleaning it inside and out. We were told they do a “full detail.” Which was a total lie and I get people wanting to get sales but don’t lie about the obvious. Finally went camping with full hook ups this past holiday weekend and have plumbing leaks. The service department also did not tighten the bolts on the hitch and had to pull over on way home to tighten frame shackles. Also where the water leaks out onto the floor under the bunk beds is a converter(electricity) and there are many loose hanging electrical wires all around this water. We are lucky to not be in the hospital while investigating the leak that we should not even be having to deal with. They did jeopardize my childrens safety as well seeing these loose wires with a water leak are right below where they sleep. You can even see in person looking very closely water stains on the wood from it leaking before so no it’s not a new problem and we use pressure gauges when we camp. When you pay over $20k for a camper people DO NOT expect to have problems especially when buying from a dealership that advertises being number 1. If you want to feel robbed and get an unsafe camper this is the place to go. Lesson learned.

These people are the best RV dealers I have dealt with. I had an issue the manufacturer was going to fix (take the unit back to IN to fix), and LazyDays was the only dealer that would take my unit in to hold for the manufacturer . Mike (Service Mgr) and his crew are great to work with. Lisa and Nathan in the service department were great. I did not buy my 5th wheel there, but they were accommodating to my needs. When I need service, I will be going back to LazyDays, or if I purchase another RV, this is where I will be going.

Lazy Daze RV service people Jen and Lisa are absolutely wonderful. My service has been efficient and friendly. Promised dates and work done have been met each and every time. They are a cut above. Service manager Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful and ready to answer questions. I’m very pleased with this dealership all the way around.
