What an experience! We had the best customer service at McClain’s yesterday! We purchased the 43 foot Solitude 5th wheel!! Our new home on wheels! Evan, Sebastian, Mike and Dustin were fantastic! I would highly recommend this dealership! We will also go there for our maintenance checkups and shop at their parts department! Evan was our sales associate and Sebastian our advisor! Mike is the sales manager and Dustin finance. Thank you for the best experience!!! We will never forget your professionalism and positive experience. We were educated on the walk through and feel confident about our purchase and knowledge to operate this beauty!!!! Extremely happy!!!!!

I saw my trailer online. I was able to speak with an associate and purchase while being in another state. Everyone was very helpful. They did a FaceTime walkthrough going over everything showing me how it all works. They helped arrange for transport delivery. Would definitely purchase from them again.

We found a trailer at the RV show in Dallas, got all set up with Chase Cook...then changed our mind *after* a deposit! It should have been a disaster, but it wasn't! McClain's was great about it all: we went up to Sanger, found a new trailer with Chase's help, and transferred the deposit with no issue or grief. From start a week ago to driving off today with our new Grand Design Imagine XLS 22BHE, it was a painless and easy buying experience. Ray and Justin in parts gave us a comprehensive tour (they were even MORE features we had no idea about), and Dusten in finance made the worst part - paperwork - take less than a half hour! Everyone at the Sanger location was professional and especially generous around our kiddo. Absolutely recommend shopping here if you're a first-time owner. Ask for Chase!
