My wife and I contracted to purchase our 5th wheel Grand Design RV from McClain’s while attending the RV Show in Dallas. Lon was the salesman we worked with at the show. Lon was very informative but where he really excelled was during the 4 week period of time we waited before taking delivery. This was our 1st 5th wheel and so we had many questions during that 4 week period. Lon took every call we made and would get back to us promptly with answers to our questions. We also had great service and help from Corey in the service department. He helped make sure all areas we had concerns about were addressed before we arrived. Ty, the finance manager was also a great help. Our overall experience with McClain’s in Fort Worth deserves more than the 5 star maximum allowed here.

Found this on Facebook Marketplace. Jacob answered all my questions. Found that he worked for McClain RV in Fort Worth. I drove from Houston and looked at it and it was exactly the way he described it. Purchasing was a no hassle take it or leave with minimum negotiations instead of hours of going back and forth. We ended up buying unit but there was a few things that needed repaired and they were upfront that parts on order. McClains RV offers a 30 day warranty through them and so once I got it home I found some other issues that they took care of. Jacob was there for every phone and text message unlike other sales people I have dealt with. Now that the bugs are worked out ( they all have them) we have a great RV that we got a great price on. I highly recommend calling Jacob at Mcclains RV Fort Worth.

We have been shopping for a RV for quite awhile. We visited several dealerships and the local RV show. From the moment we walked into McClains in Fort Worth, we knew we were going to buy. They listened to our frustrations with shopping and the description of what we were looking. Our salesperson, Jeremiah immediately sat us down and searched their inventory. He narrowed it down to 2 and we bought 1. He nailed it without taking us all over the lot looking at dozens of RV’s! We have been very pleased and plan to come back when we are ready to trade in! I debated with myself for months over whether or not to get an RV, so glad I did. I am a widow traveling alone and having a great experience. Yes, single women out there, you can manage a Class B (or bigger!) by yourself. Go for it! I worked with Albert in Sales to select and purchase my RV. Albert is easy to work with, very responsive to my questions and concerns. He also has a great sense of humor which makes the buying process go much smoother. The young man I worked with in finance was also very nice, no pressure, treated me like I was his own mom. Since my purchase in February, I've had great experiences with help back in service, getting my questions answered, and add-ons installed. Big shout out to Matt! I named my Travato Bob, after my father who instilled in me a love for nature, and the confidence that I could do hard things. I highly recommend McClain's RV.
