We recently were blessed with Salesman Eric Hendersonshot when we upgraded from our 20-year-old RV to a used but much newer unit and we couldn’t be happier! The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and we were comfortable from the minute we walked through the door. Then we met Eric. We were completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He is a friendly, personable salesman. Eric listened to our needs and wants in choosing our RV. We never felt pressured to look at higher priced RVs that were out of our price range, just so he could make a better commission. Eric is reliable, honest and operates with integrity. He has excellent communication skills and we feel like we have a new friend. We highly recommend visiting Eric if you are in the market for an RV. The Finance and Service Teams were fantastic! I could not give enough praise to the service we have had at North Trail Rv in Ft Myers, FL. This is our second purchase here and Matt has taken care of us both times. He has always done what he said but especially this last purchase. They let us stay overnight in their new “ beautiful RV resort” while working on our Truck. Bailey, at the resort, went above and beyond for us. The resort hadn’t officially opened yet but she came back after closing time to bring us a bag of ice because our new coach had not made any yet. She was just SO kind. Matt, I have to say, is a very honest, hard working man and in this day and time, that is not only hard to find but very much appreciated!! Thank you North Trail RV for being a top notch business!! We are thrilled with our new coach!!!

We have purchased a few motorhomes over our years and I wish to acknowledge that our experience and purchase from North Trail RV working with Matt Padella was the greatest. He is well informed and knowledgeable of Newmar MH’s which helped us alot. Very easy to work with and the many other staff they were all very nice as well. Just an entirely great experience. North Trail RV is a beautiful, clean, friendly RV center; a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. For me, the best thing about North Trail is Eric Martinez, my sales agent. I would not be writing this from my beautiful 2025 Dutch Star if it weren’t for Eric. First of all, Eric took me seriously. Most of my friends thought it was a silly pipe dream for this 78 year old widow to buy a big motorhome and venture off by herself. Admittedly, I wasn’t even sure exactly what I wanted but Eric showed me different motorhomes until we figured it out together. It was clear from the start that I was dealing with one of the most patient people on earth. Eric’s patience and good nature never wavered. He took me on test drives. He educated me. He encouraged me. He had confidence in me. He was always helpful, kind, never pushy. But in the end, what made me buy my coach was Eric’s promise to be with me every step of the way. He has already proven that he is only a phone call away, ready to help me for as long as I need him. Words cannot express how highly I respect and appreciate Eric. I also want to mention Justin, the financial manager; another gem. With people like Eric and Justin associated with North Trail, you can be sure you are dealing with an RV center of the highest quality.

Purchasing a class A motor coach Was an absolute breese. Our salesman Roberto Suarez at North trail RV was very knowledgeable about all systems on the unit answered any and all questions we had. From start to finish Roberto Suarez is the man to see!
