I purchased a new Entegra Condor last week from RecVan. They did an outstanding job, starting with my initial contact with them through delivery. Their price was excellent - no one in the country could match it (trust me, I tried.) Their indoor showroom was amazing. The prep work and delivery was great. They were very accommodating when I proceeded to spend 5 hours going through everything on the van to make sure it worked before completing the deal. I had just a few minor adjustments I needed them to make before I took delivery and they got right on it. Good job, RecVan.

Great until after you buy. Then not responsive. We had a furnace breakdown as well as water pump break within one month on a a brand new motorhome — took several months and still no fix.

5 star buying experience. 1 star for everything after driving my van off the lot. They sold me a van with a faulty battery. Within a month of buying my van I had many problems with it including loud beeping from under the couch which would come and go randomly. I called Rec Van many times for help and either could not get a call back or was given the run around being told to leave voicemails and send emails. During my first year of owning the van I was sent multiple recall notices and took the van to the shop in Davis CA. There they told me I had a faulty battery that needed to be replaced before they could fix any of my recalls. I strongly believe Rec Van sold me a van with a faulty battery. They might not have known it was faulty but if they made an ounce of effort to help me, maybe we could have figured it out.

Rating 5 stars for Recvan. Shouting out to Dane in Sales, Mark in Finance, and Brandon, Chris, and John in Management, who have gone all the way to assist. The entire purchase and financing process was a wonderful experience - outstanding trade-in allowance, excellent price, and good interest rate. Super happy! My family can’t wait for all of the outdoor adventures with our 2024 Revel.

I'm looking for a camper van, RecVans has a great selection of vans. You need to visit just to know and appreciate the different layouts and options. I think I spent about 2 hours there and Kristina is great. She's knowledgeable, experienced and really knows her vans. All in all, a great experience. Not at all like visiting a Car dealer. UPDATE: I did purchase a very nice Winnebago Travato 59G!
