We went in to Smiths RV for another option for a trailer we were looking for. Dayton in sales found a floor plan we were looking for within 10 minutes. They allowed us to look at it even though it wasn’t ready for the lot yet. Brandi made getting the camper we loved possible to allow us to have fun within our budget!! When we went to sign papers Shawn in finance made it simple and made sure we understood everything we signed. Very personable and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Kaden was such a great sales person!! We were treated so fabulous by everyone. DJ walked us though the financial stuff, loved him. Sergio, showed us how everything worked, very sweet guy. Best experience ever!! Definitely Would recommend 10 out of 10!!

We purchased our very FIRST used trailer from Smiths RV in Idaho Falls our salesman was Mike Richardson the whole experience with Mike was comfortable and enjoyable and he listened to what we were looking for and lucky for him he works for a Business that gives him an amazing inventory. He hit the ball out of the park with the first two choices he showed us. We understood the timing on making a decision if we wanted the trailer of our choice (used model) would go fast, we secured it with a deposit 2 days later. The real test was the day of pick up! We were so amazed with the professional & personal & honesty of EVERY person involved from the paperwork to walk through to maintenance to buying extra necessities Smiths management/owner should be very proud of the team at the Idaho Falls RV Center "They pay attention to detail" Thank you for a great experience Kurt & Terri Williams Salmon, Idaho

I purchased a brand new trailer and had a wonderful experience. Starting with my salesman Shawn W. He was awesome, very knowledgeable, made the whole process easy and helped me all the way through. Shawn G was wonderful too. When signing my paperwork he explained everything in great detail and made the process smooth. I definitely recommend purchasing from Smith RV.

This is the second fifth wheel we have bought at Smith’s. Tom has been great to work with both times! He’s not pushy and really knows his stuff! The real star of the show is Sean, the finance guy! Sweetest guy ever! Jk they are both great! We ended up not getting one of the keys we needed to unlock the box where the controls are to get the camper off of our pick up. Early the next morning we had someone here at our house delivering the keys! super great service! Highly recommend these guys!
