We found the perfect trailer at Western Skies RV. Rick was so knowledgeable and very personable. He helped us pick a great trailer to fit our needs and budget. No pressure! Scott made the financing painless. Before we took possession, Thomas went over every feature to make sure we were comfortable setting everything up. He was friendly, professional and took the time we needed. There is also a great parts and accessory store on the property. A great experience!

We received exceptional customer service from Mark Webster Jr. at Western Skies RV. He thoroughly explained everything we needed to know and knew exactly which RV was best for our family. It was a pleasure to work with a local, family-owned company that provides great customer service at affordable prices. They treated us like family, without ANY corporate pressure. They made the whole process feel good! We will definitely use Western Skies RV for all our future needs.

This place is great, gotta give credit where it's due. My wife and I decided last year that we should probably get an RV trailer so naturally I started doing tons of research online since this would be our first trailer and we're new to that style of traveling/camping. I drove to this Western Skies from California because they're the closest place that has the encore trailers which are at the top of my cross shopping list. Online research is great but at some point you have to go look in person and I have never seen any of the trailers I'm interested in in person. When I got here I was happy to see that they had all the trailers I'm interested in; Encore, Nucamp, Intech which meant I could do all my cross shopping in one place. We were helped by Rick and he was very nice. I tried to make it clear that we weren't purchasing today and were looking at trailers for research and he asked what I was interested in and grabbed the keys. He took the time out of his day to show us every trailer on our list and a couple extra he thought might fit our needs and I am very grateful for that even though we were just looking. No pushy sales tactics or anything crazy, just a knowledgeable dude showing us a bunch of trailers. When we finally decide what we want we will definitely come back to purchase.

Mark Webster Jr was super helpful as was the entire team! We are very pleased with our experience at Western Skies! This is the second RV we’ve bought with them and always recommend them to our friends and family!

We were so excited to purchase a brand new 2022 popup. Mark was great with helping us out! Then after a month it stopped working! We checked the motor and it was all bent and rusted, welded and re welded and completely backwards. It was all down hill from there. Brian is who we dealt with and he is the most condescending person I’ve ever met. He was beyond rude and had horrible customer service. He immediately blamed us. He would make a statement then back track it, couldn’t put a logical sentence together and completely lied. But it was more the tone and obnoxious demeanor, how anyone would employee this man is beyond me. I would NEVER had bought from them had I known. We are now having to go to small claims. It’s a complete mess but the fact that they blame you and take no responsibility or try to help is so frustrating. I’ve never been more disrespected by a grown man! Beyond unprofessional. We contacted the manufacturer and Brian never contacted them!!! He was shocked to hear about our experience. Brian has changed his story 3 times since we have talked. Beyond disgusted. I’m only giving the one star for Mark. The pictures were taken after 2 months of owning it, to which Brian and the owner said from the pictures looks like we got hit. Then Brian said we must have placed something really heavy, then Brian said we put to much pressure and it broke…. ** seeing that there is no way to respond to the “owner.” All I can say is there are MANY bad reviews regarding your service department and their unprofessional behavior. Bryan used my first name about 42 times if I counted correctly. Translating to a very condescending manner. Please explain the rust. Please explain why your own manufacturer said your story doesn’t add up. We have asked how much pressure does it take to lift the camper locked (per your scenario) have that steal metal bend in the middle, rust, and continue to work thereafter, then stop working randomly? And please explain why you have had absolutely no part in this once you were notified with how we were being spoken to. Being inside the rig and noticing a huge scratch is different than a thorough walk through of the outside, which never happened due to the pouring rain. And please explain the time stamped picture showing the bend under the impeccable plastic lid day of purchase…It’s very obvious per the reviews this is a common business practice for you-blame the customer. It’s unfortunate you won’t listen to your customers and unfortunate you run a business that way. Being raised to say “mam” (which I think you meant Ma’am…) doesn’t make you a professional customer service rep, speaks volumes of how you determine good character. Ethical isn’t a word I would throw around either. Thanks for the response seeing that you couldn’t call us back!
