Worked with Paul here in Sales and the experience was great. His communication was great, I came from 11 hours away to pick up my motorhome. His side was perfect. I told him where I needed to be and he got there. He worked from my side of the fence and he made me feel heard and understood my concerns. I’d definitely buy another one from him. Service on the other hand was a different story. The guys in the shop that did the walk through were great but the motorhomes wasn’t ready. It never got PDI. Seems like they were just trying to push it out the door. Some stuff didn’t work. There was some broken things on the coach. Sales approved some of it… thankfully I wasn’t in a hurry.

Kudos to the team at Lazydays of Elkhart. Scott our salesman was referred to us by our friends who also purchased an RV. He was very knowledgeable and helped us throughout the process. He answered all of my questions. Doug, the finance manager, was also very easy to work with. No high pressure for any add ons and made the loan process a breeze. Eric was the Tech that showed us how everything worked. He also installed the Blue Ox hitch and made sure I was comfortable in using before we left. Great experience purchasing our 2500RL.

The sales portion was great. Our issue is when I was told to bring the rv back to inspect a safety concern that was missed during the sales inspection. we noticed the issue a week after purchase. If the slide floor were to get any worse, it would be unusable, and this is our home now. we drove 6 hours round trip and spent $150 in fuel, only for them to say they can't help us. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

We decided to visit Lazy Days on a whim over Labor Day weekend to explore upgrading to a newer camper model. Fortunately, we were paired with Adam Moore as our sales rep. He took the time to understand our wants, needs, and budget, and then showed us models that matched our criteria. Adam found our dream camper and worked hard to ensure we received a fair deal on both our new camper and trade-in. Adam was attentive and never pushy. He also connected us with Ryan from Dan’s Service Center to get the hitch we needed. Ryan went above and beyond, inspecting our unit after office hours and having everything ready for pickup day. Nick, our service rep, meticulously went through our camper, fixing everything we pointed out and even addressing additional items. He spent over an hour with us, explaining how everything works, including winterizing procedures. On the day of pickup, both Nick and Adam were there to ensure the camper was properly hooked up before we left. Derrick in finance was also outstanding; he had all the paperwork ready for us, making the process seamless. A big thank you to Lazy Days for an exceptional experience!

Quite literally the most rude sales people I’ve ever met. They will lead you on, and completely lie to you in the end and with ridiculous numbers to better their own commission. If you’re a woman, don’t even bother coming here because you’ll just be talked down to the entire time and ignored as if it wasn’t also your money. They don’t care about you as people, they care about their commission and that’s all. Rumor has it, they’re closing so if you did buy one..good luck. Their selection is terrible, they only show you ones they want to sell not ones you like. If you try to put your foot down about what you’re looking for, they get upset. Do not even think to have the finance guy do your loan. He is completely incompetent and has no idea what he is doing. He is rude, and definitely has superior complex issues. He’s “the big dog” and if you don’t like it, then get ready to be belittled. Absolutely disgusting group and disgusting company. They deserve NO stars. Thank goodness it’s getting shut down.
