We had a great experience in purchasing and first year of ownership at Mcclain's. The purchase process was unhurried, friendly, not adversarial. We negotiated but there was no drama. We have had some minor repairs and a recall, all of which were completed quickly and professionally. This is a factor which should be top of the list for where you buy your RV. Check the warranty ratings from customers, there are a lot of dealers out there which don't follow through on the commitment after they have the purchaser done. We had one repair that needed to be completed prior to a big trip, and the team at McClains worked hard to get it done so our trip was not impacted. We really appreciate them and would buy from them again.

This has been a great transition. All those who have experienced the great buying and service experience that Ronnie Bock and family have offered for over 36 years it will continue with this new addition of McClains. They are 1 in the same, excellent pricing, excellent service before and after the sale. Still family owned and operated.

I have been bringing my Winnebago to Kerrville RV for the last 2 years and have received excellent service every time. I was a little concerned when Shannon and then Kevin left but I brought my rig in recently with a good sized list and John and Kelly took great care of my coach. We needed to replace the awning on our 2022 Winnebago View 24 V and decided to stop by the Kerrville dealershp where we purchased the unit. John Gilbert did an excellent job ordering the correct replacement awning from the manufacturer and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. The part arrived as promised and Kelley Hanks did an excellent job on the installation. The entire team at Mcclain's was responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. It's good to know these folks are available to help address our RV service needs!
